What makes this bottom bracket special?

This is a rare find! I’m not sure of the date on this bottom bracket. The Campy Super Record BB with caged bearings were introduced in the 80’s, so this set must be earlier. If you know more, I’d love to hear from you. It’s amazing because when I removed this, the bearings started falling out and bouncing all over. But, I managed to find them all! 🙂 This will truly bring you back to cycling’s golden years. You’ll need a lot of grease to pack the bearings, but these BBs were absolutely indestructible. Have fun!

Excellent! Includes all 22, 1/4 inch BB bearings, includes the housing and the bolts. Nothing missing.
