- Fitness goals: Part 1 covers the first 3 workouts, days 1,2 and 3. These are interval cycling workouts and off bike exercises geared to provide amazing cardio aerobic benefits merged with flexibility and balance. These focus on aerobic intensities to improve weight-loss and cardio strength.
Part 2 – Heart Health Autumn Trails of the Rocky Mountains Part 2

- Fitness goals: Part 2 begins high intensity interval training designed to maximize fuel burn while improving strength and performance. These on bike routines are supplemented by off bike flexibility routines designed to improve blood flow to target areas for recovery and muscular growth.
