Workshop Wisdom: These early Gran Sport pulleys run on actual ball bearings — visible right at the pulley face — a feature that vanished from stock derailleurs decades ago and only returned on premium aftermarket pulleys. Flush, regrease, and they’ll outlast anything sealed.

Workshop Wisdom: Gran Sport pulleys run on plain bushings, not bearings — a drop of oil at each pulley bolt and a wipe of the parallelogram pivots is all the service they ever need. Don’t overtighten the pulley bolts; they set the spin.
