Very cool and tough stem designed for the Giant mountain bikes of the 1990’s. These are unique and tough to find, replaced with the Contact SLR stems, which are also great. Made from very tough and light weight 6061 aluminum. The stem features a steerer tube clamp that’s offset to the side that allows the clamp to be stronger and stiffer than conventional rear clamping styles. Additionally, the stem is designed with contouring along the stem to provide additional strength and stifness.
Very good condition, the paint is scuffed discolored and would like to have a fresh coat. All screws and threads in excellent shape.
