Condition
Good used condition, cosmetic wear only. Ultegra logo is worn and the body shows scuffs and scratches. Pulleys are excellent and spin smooth, pivots are tight. Lots of miles left.

Check hanger alignment before blaming the derailleur — a hanger bent even 2-3mm throws off indexing across the whole cassette and no amount of barrel adjuster will fix it.
