This fantastic ride allows us the adventure of 60 miles through hills, valleys, lakes while working in the anaerobic zone with high cadences. We’ll prepare our legs for the climbs while cruising along the Front Range washboard and then watch the mountains approach. Once in the hills, this ride will tax your heart, lungs and legs with short, sprint-like ascents. Then, kick back on the trainer and watch the road fly by while we descend… to the next climb!
