Sidewall branding is faded. The Action HSD23 shows a thick, round center bead with minimal wear, though its sidewall is also faded. Tubes have been tested and hold air — NOTE Tubes are free with purchase of tires, no returns or exchanges or accommodations if tube defect is discovered.
