If this is your first time exploring Cycling Videos Online’s collection of indoor cycling workouts, please read on. If not, you may notice a few changes. We’ve made this simpler and budget friendly with the option to bundle, download or watch on demand within each title.

The Dashboard

These are exciting virtual workouts that you ride indoors. No special equipment is required. 
To maximize your workouts, you should have:
  • A heart rate monitor
  • A cadence senor
While these are not required, they will add to your workout experience, make the ride more realistic and help you target your workout goals.
 

Our advanced heads up display makes each ride unique. The road is your coach, not a stopwatch. Different videos have different versions of this dashboard. But each is designed to target your goals, enhance the realism of the ride and most of all, make it fun and fast!

 

Try your first workout!

Below is a 30 minute workout video with specific instructions on how to use the dash. 

When you’re ready to start your workout, make sure you’re comfortable on your bike with a full bottle of water and ready to put in a difficult effort. Fire up your bike computer, heart rate monitor and cadence sensor. Then press play and enlarge the video to full screen. Most of all, have fun!
