  • Top caps on both shifters are broken — cosmetic only, does not affect shift or brake function. Replacement caps are available as Shimano service parts (SM-6600 series).

Condition: Rider-grade with honest wear. Internal mechanisms are clean and fully functional — lever action is smooth, shifts are crisp, braking is solid. Chrome lever finish has light surface scratches consistent with use. Rubber hoods are in good shape with normal wear. The plastic top caps on both shifters are broken (clearly shown in photos) — this is a cosmetic issue only and has zero effect on shifting or braking performance. Mounting clamps included.

These are genuinely sought-after by riders building or restoring late 2000s road bikes, and for good reason: the ergonomics are excellent, the shifting mechanism is famously reliable, and the silver finish pairs perfectly with period-correct Ultegra and 105 groupsets. More than one rider has pulled a newer ST-6700 off their bike specifically to go back to these. Flight Deck compatibility is a bonus for those running a compatible computer, but these work perfectly as standalone STI levers. A solid, functional pair for a rider who wants the real thing.
